ahhh.... back to photoshop

It's been so hot and I've been so cranky. I cleared off my workspace, moving my sewing stuff so I could spread out my pen tablet and play with photoshop. Took my mind off the heat. Well sort of...

Busy, busy busy

Been a little busy so have fallen way behind in my blogging. George will be going to Oregon to pick up the rest of our stuff tomorrow. Hmmm where will we put it. A lot of it will go into the "man-cave" with spouse's motorcycle. As you can see I've been adding goodies to the household. Love my new sewing machine. And the Espresso whoo hoo I'm in heaven.

The Apartment

Well we are here... Moving in with some of our stuff ( all we could fit into the truck and the jeep)
I started work today, and it felt good to be back although semi-retired was a nice gig for awhile. George potted up some geraniums and herbs for me on the patio. Hopefully they will get enough sun. As you can see in the pictures the apt. is looking a little sparse though I think it makes it look bigger. The bathroom is huge though so makes it feel luxurious. I am having fun and will get back on the stick in the weeks ahead.

Happy Memorial Weekend

Have a safe and happy holiday. George and I went camping last weekend to beat the crowd. It was a little chilly in the mountains but a nice time. We are looking forward to Annie's Baby shower/ Pirate extravaganza at Leslie's hope to see you there.
